Drunk and disorderly man urinated in public

A Devonshire man yesterday received 30 days imprisonment for being drunk and incapable and telling police officers: “F**k you, I’ll f**k you up.”Dion Burgess, 48, admitted the charges, but considering his history of similar offences dating back to 1992, Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner told him: “I have no choice but to punish you again.”Police officers responded to a call from a member of the public to find Burgess urinating in the bushes around 6pm on October 3, Crown Prosecutor Cindy Clark told the court. After officers told Burgess public urination is illegal, he responded by saying “F**k you. F**k off,” and adding: “I’ll f**k you up.”Asked if he had been drinking, Burgess responded: “What do you think?”Attempting to leave the scene, Burgess then stumbled and fell into the police car, where officers informed him he would be charged with being drunk and incapable.
