A Devonshire man has denied unlawfully assaulting a woman and threatening to kill her.

Brandon Woolridge, 57, elected to be tried in Magistrates’ Court after he was accused of unlawfully assaulting the woman and telling her: “I’ll f****** kill you.”

On Tuesday, Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner adjourned the matter until February 4 and released Mr Woolridge on $2,000 bail.
