Woman denies indecent act in front of child

A 20-year-old Warwick woman has been charged with committing an indecent act in front of a child, intending the child to see it.

Appearing in Magistrates' Court this morning, the woman pleaded not guilty to the offence, which allegedly took place in St George's sometime between August last year and September last year.

Neither the defendant nor the complainant can be named for legal reasons.

Magistrate Archibald Warner granted the defendant, who elected to be tried in Magistrates' Court, $6,000 bail with a surety and set a trial date for November 10.
