A Devonshire woman has appeared at Magistrates’ Court to face charges of trespassing on her ex-husbands’ property, assaulting him and breaking his mobile phone.

Marshallene Lindsay of Derwent Lane South, 39, pleaded not guilty to the three incidents, which are alleged to have taken place at the Fort Hill Road home of Trevor Lindsay on October 24.

Senior magistrate Juan Wolffe released Ms Lindsay on $2,000 bail, and ordered her to return to court on March 3.

He also ordered the defendant to have no contact with the plaintiff until then.
