A Pembroke woman has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm.

Jasmine Smith, 24, allegedly injured another woman in Pembroke on January 8.

Ms Smith was not required to enter a plea when she appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday because the offence is indictable and must be heard in Supreme Court.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted $10,000 bail with a like surety on the condition that she have no contact with the victim.

The matter was adjourned to the March arraignment session.
