A Warwick man has denied sexually exploiting a young girl.

Appearing in Magistrates' Court this morning, the 44-year-old pleaded not guilty to five charges.

The offences allegedly happened between 2014 and 2016.

Neither the defendant nor the victim can be named for legal reasons.

The defendant elected to be tried in Magistrates' Court. He was granted $5,000 bail with a like surety and the matter was adjourned to April 13.
