A man denied breaking into a motorcycle and stealing $460 worth of clothing and equipment.
It was alleged in Magistrates' Court yesterday that Tarik Ebbin, 21, forced open a bike seat and took a helmet, a sweatshirt and a raincoat in Pembroke on Monday.
Magistrate Maxanne Anderson adjourned the case until January 14 and released the defendant on $500 bail.
She also ordered Ebbin, from Devonshire, to undergo a mental health evaluation.
