A man has denied possession of more than $1,700 in cocaine.Zjah Fari Bean Smith, 25, pleaded not guilty in Magistrates’ Court to possession of cocaine with intent to supply and the possession of a grinder for the misuse of drugs.The incident is alleged to have happened on January 1 in Pembroke.The court heard that Mr Smith was alleged to have had about $1,750 in cocaine in his possession.Magistrate Maxanne Anderson released Mr Smith, from Pembroke, on $2,500 bail and adjourned the case until October 12.• It is The Royal Gazette’s policy not to allow comments on stories regarding court cases.
