A Canadian national who allegedly committed an indecent act in Sandys will face trial for the offence next year.

The 44-year-old man, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, denied committing the act, as well as assaulting another man, when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court last week.

Both offences allegedly occurred on November 26 at Willowbank, and the trial will be held in Magistrates’ Court on February 2.
