Man to appear in Supreme Court for trespassing, rental car theft
A man will appear in the Supreme Court next month to face accusations of theft.
Matthias Lawrence, 30, was charged in Magistrates’ Court yesterday with trespassing onto a Pembroke building and stealing car keys belonging to Tallent Clark.
He was also charged with taking a rental car without lawful authority and damaging the vehicle.
Both incidents were alleged to have happened on August 23 last year.
Mr Lawrence was not required to enter a plea as the matters must be heard in front of the Supreme Court.
Magistrate Maria Sofianos sent the matter to the June Supreme Court arraignments session and released Mr Lawrence, from Pembroke, on $2,000 bail.
