A woman who had care and control of a rental car while impaired by alcohol has been disqualified from driving all vehicles for 18 months.

Ledia Zuniga Ordonez, 40, admitted the offence when she appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

Ordonez, from Warwick, committed the offence in St George’s on September 21, but the summary of evidence was not read aloud in court.

In addition to the ban, Ordonez was fined $1,500 for the offence.
