Man in hospital after Ord Road stabbing

A 20-year-old man was stabbed last night in the area of Ord Road, according to police.
A spokesman said the man, believed to be from Warwick, was in stable condition on a general ward at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, recovering from non life-threatening injuries.
Limited details were given on the attack, which may have occurred in Warwick or Paget, but an investigation is under way.
Anyone with information is asked to call 295-0011 as soon as possible.
