Two men have been arrested in connection with an assault on a 63-year-old man.

Police report that initial information suggests that he was assaulted by three men brandishing bladed articles on the Railway Trail in the area of Mullet Bay, St George’s.

The man sustained injuries to his mouth as a result of the assault, which occurred today at 12.45pm.

A 51-year-old man and a 50-year-old man were arrested but police are still trying to locate the third suspect.
