Two hurt in truck crash

Two people were admitted to the hospital after a truck crash in Southampton this afternoon.
A spokesman said police were at the scene of the incident, which happened near Middle Road’s junction with Granaway Heights, as of about 12.40pm.
He reported that the people who were hurt had been in the truck when it crashed.
The extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.
Traffic was being diverted via the eastbound lane so that the scene could be cleared and motorists were asked to be cautious when approaching the area.
