Serious two-vehicle collision in Southampton

A serious two-vehicle collision took place in Southampton this morning, according to police.
A spokesman for the Bermuda Police Service said: “Around 11.35am on September 3, police and emergency medical personnel responded to a reported serious two-vehicle collision in Southampton.
“Apparently, the collision involved a car and a motorcycle along South Road, Southampton, near Harbour View Drive.”
Motorists travelling in the area were diverted but the collision scene has been cleared and normal traffic flow has resumed in the area.
Witnesses were urged to call 211 with any information.
