Paget Primary School formally opened their renovated library, dedicated to the memory of Malcolm Outerbridge.Mr Outerbridge, who was killed earlier this year, had attended the school for his primary education.His parents were joined by Education Minister Dame Jennifer Smith at the ribbon cutting ceremony on November 18 to declare the library open to students.The library, which was adopted by businessman John Carr and his friends last May, has since had 1,200 books donated.
