Politicians help with clean-up effort

The One Bermuda Alliance carried out a clean-up of the Jennings Bay Road and Whale Bay area of Southampton on Saturday.

Twenty volunteers, including Shawn Crockwell, the Minister of Tourism Development and Transport, and backbenchers Leah Scott and Susan Jackson, picked up trash as part of a meet-and-greet session.

Two truckloads of horticultural debris and many bags of trash were taken to the Marsh Folly composting facility.
