Flatts bridge project gets under way
Created: Sep 18, 2018 09:00 AM
A bridge over North Shore Road, marking the first step in a project connecting the Railway Trail across Flatts Inlet, was put in place yesterday.
The three-day project is part of a labour of love between Friends of the Bermuda Railway Trail in conjunction with the Department of Parks.
The next phase will bridge a private driveway before the major work of crossing Flatts Inlet gets under way. The work on North Shore Road is to be completed tomorrow.
