Climate change lecture to be held this month

Keeping an eye on the horizon for the looming threats posed by climate change is the topic of a free lecture at Bermuda College this month, in tandem with the Bermuda Environmental Sustainability Task Force.

Brett Lefkowitz, health disaster co-ordinator for the Ministry of Health, will also field questions from guests at the February 23 talk, to be given in room H100 at the College from 1pm to 2pm.

No registration is required.

The lecture is entitled The Threat Perception of Climate Change and Public Preparedness for Extreme Weather-related Events in Bermuda.
