Motorists are being warned that parking at #5 car park on Front Street will be disrupted when it is used for passengers on the Viking Orion.

A spokeswoman said: “The City of Hamilton is advising motorists of temporary disruption regarding access to the #5 car park throughout the months of June and July.

“Starting on Tuesday June 15, the #5 car park will be closed every Tuesday and Wednesday for approximately eight weeks to allow for the embarkation and disembarkation of cruise ship passengers aboard the Viking Orion which will be berthed alongside the car park.”

The ship is home porting in Bermuda and is offering cruises from the island starting on between June 15.
