Police said this morning that a missing teenager has been found safe and well.

Shavon Hayward, 17, was last seen at the Boaz Island Community Centre, at around 11.30pm yesterday.

At the time she was wearing black pants, a black jacket and carrying a black helmet.

This morning a police spokesman said: “Thanks to the assistance of the public, Shavon Hayward has been found safe and well.”
