RG to go up to $2.50
Over the past two years we have fought to keep the cover price at the existing $2.00.
Unfortunately, continued increases in the cost of raw materials, shipping and the costs related to business in Bermuda have dictated that we must again raise our cover price.
Despite this increase, the selling price for our newspaper is still less than the cost of a small coffee and lower than a newspaper costs in many other jurisdictions that have lower operating costs.
You will notice the price for the online edition has not changed with this price increase.
Only the price of the physical newspaper, sold in single-copy transactions or via a Home/Business Delivery Subscription will increase.
