Man, 62, suffers possible life threatening injuries after fall from wall

Police and other first responders attended a medical emergency in Pembroke yesterday.

Police are appealing for witnesses after a 62-year-old man suffered possible life threatening head injuries after falling from a wall.

A Bermuda Police Service spokesperson said that officers and other first responders were called to a medical emergency outside a Pembroke Park Lane residence around 1pm yesterday.

The spokesman said: “While at the scene, police located the man, understood to be a Devonshire resident, who had apparently fallen from a wall and injured his head as a result.

“First aid was administered on scene before he was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment, where he remains. The injury is potentially life threatening.”
