Age Concern to hold fundraising tag days

A charity that helps Bermuda’s ageing population will host a fundraiser across the island next month.

To recognise International Day of the Older Person, Age Concern Bermuda will hold a tag day on October 5 and 6.

Held every year on October 1, International Day of the Older Person highlights challenges faced by ageing people around the world.

Tagged items will be sold in front of The MarketPlace’s Shelly Bay, Heron Bay, Somerset and Church Street stores, Lindo’s in Warwick and Devonshire, Butterfield Bank on Front Street and HSBC’s Reid and Front Street entrances.

Donation buckets will be at BE Solar, Island Glass, Flatts Menswear, Caesar’s Pharmacy and MJM Barristers and Attorneys during both days.

You must be Registered or to post comment or to vote.
