Police to hold community clinic for eastern parish residents

Police will host a community clinic for eastern parishes tomorrow as part of a community engagement programme on behalf of police.

The Community Policing Division will meet at Francis Patton School in Hamilton Parish to help encourage residents to co-operate in solving crime.

Inspector Tiffany Casey, of the Criminal Investigation Unit, will speak on crime trends in the area and advise on how to prevent crime.

Acting Detective Chief Inspector Mathurin, of the Specialist Investigations Department, will touch on cybercrimes, while Acting Inspector Crai-Che Hall will discuss financial crime investigation.

Acting Inspector Zoenique Williams will discuss the types of drugs in circulation and their impact on young people and communities.

The community clinic will run from 6pm to 8pm.
