Members of the public were advised that through-road access at the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital will be limited from 12.30pm until 2pm on August 26.

The Bermuda Hospitals Board noted that the disruption affected the stretch between Point Finger and Berry Hill roads.

It added: “The closure is necessary to facilitate upgrade works in the imaging services department.

“Vehicular access from Point Finger Road will end at the acute care wing visitor parking lot and ambulance bay areas.

“Vehicular access via the Berry Hill Road entrance will end at the general wing entrance.

“The areas will be cordoned off. Please observe erected barriers and directions from personnel on site.”

The board apologised for any inconvenience.
