A week that started with so much promise ended in disappointment for Bermuda golfers Daniel Augustus and Nick Jones in Venezuela yesterday.Bidding to qualify for the World Cup in China the pair closed with a final round of three-over par 74 at their South America qualifier in Caracas, a score that left them one-under for the tournament and in a tie for 11th place.Three birdies did little to cancel out the six bogeys in a round that included a run of five bogeys over the first six holes of the back nine. Augustus and Jones eventually finished 30 shots adrift of Brazil winners Adilson Da Silva and Lucas Lee.
