The Lamb Foggo urgent care centre in St David’s has reopened after closing for deep cleaning following a Covid case.

On Saturday a spokeswoman for the Bermuda Hospitals Board said: “The BHB advises that the Lamb Foggo Urgent Care Centre will not be open for the rest of this weekend.

“The closure is to enable a deep clean following a Covid-19 case in the facility. We are following all usual procedures for unexpected exposures.”

This afternoon the spokeswoman said: “The urgent care centre opened back up at mid-day today and has resumed its normal operating hours.”

It is not known if the positive case was a member of staff or a patient.
