The Bermuda Hospitals Board’s hyperbaric chamber has reopened after being closed for more than two weeks.

It was announced on September 3 that the chamber, which is used to treat decompression diving accidents and some wounds, would close for two weeks due to “staff leave.”

Statistics show that there were 12 hyperbaric patients and 89 hyperbaric treatments in between April 2021 to March 2022.
