Covid-19 vaccinations available at Hamilton Health Clinic

Vaccines against Covid-19 are now available every Tuesday from 9am to 2pm at the Hamilton Health Clinic, 3 Reid Street.

The clinic stocks the Pfizer-BioNTech original Adult formulation, and Moderna Bivalent vaccines.

They are available for people who are uninsured as well as those insured through HIP or FutureCare.

Vaccinations are by appointment only, with no walk-ins, and can be scheduled by calling 278 6460.

Healthcare providers offering the Covid-19 vaccine are listed online through the Bermuda Health Council.

Residents must meet the following criteria to qualify:

• Those aged five to 11 are eligible for a first or second dose only. The time between doses must be at least 21 days.

• Those aged 12 and above are eligible for a first, second or third dose. The time between the first and second dose must be at least 21 days, and there must be at least five months between the second and third dose.

• Residents aged 50 years and above, and the immunocompromised, are eligible for a fourth or subsequent dose of the vaccine, provided their third or previous dose was at least five months ago.

• Health and essential care workers are eligible for a fourth or subsequent dose of the vaccine, provided their third or previous dose was at least five months ago.
