The outlook for all ratings of the Luxembourg-based company, which redomiciled from Bermuda, is stable.Best said the ratings reflected Flagstone Re's excellent level of risk-based capitalisation, solid underwriting performance, experienced management team, its well developed business franchise and its reasonably diversified business profile.
