Bacardi Ltd. has announced the appointment of a new regional president of Latin America and a regional president of the Middle East & Africa.Robert Furniss-Roe has been handed the role of regional president of Latin America and Jon Grey as regional president of the newly-created Middle East & Africa region.Mr Furniss-Roe was most recently chief of staff and vice-president of global sales, corporate communications and corporate responsibility for Bacardi. In addition to his new duties, he will retain responsibility for global sales and corporate communications.He has been with Bacardi since 1989 in a variety of marketing and executive management positions,With Bacardi since 2005, Mr Grey will continue his role as senior vice-president of global operations responsible for all global supply chain, brand product production procurement, and research and development activities and head the company’s industry-leading corporate responsibility platform and global initiatives.
