Standard Life Investments’ voting rights in Lancashire fall below 6%

Scotland-registered asset management company Standard Life Investments has slightly lowered its ownership of shares in Lancashire Holdings, consequently reducing its voting rights, direct and indirect, within the company to 5.99 percent.Standard Life Investments’ ownership of shares in global specialty insurer and reinsurer Lancashire Holdings, which has offices in Bermuda, fell by 34,844 at the end of last week to 9,877,583.Lancashire Holdings is to hold its annual meeting in London on May 1 at the company’s head office in Fenchurch Street.
