The upcoming Bermuda Captive Conference is gearing up to offer a new session due an expanded offering from Bermuda’s commercial insurance and reinsurance market.Organisers of the event, scheduled for June 9-12 at the Fairmont Southampton, say that due to the expanded offering, they are adding an additional healthcare session to the conference agenda. The second healthcare session will focus on how the Bermuda commercial market is providing insurance and reinsurance support to captives and their parent companies. It will also discuss the Bermuda commercial market’s role in providing protection to captives globally as well as protection to the US healthcare system.This year’s conference, organisers say, promises to be the most collaborative in the history of the event.
