Felix Edgren has been named Apex Group Ltd. regional head of corporate product – Nordics, effective today.

Based in Sweden and reporting to HP van Asselt, global head of corporate products & growth, Mr Edgren will be responsible for leading the delivery and growth of Apex Group’s Corporate Services, Business Services and Capital Markets Services in the Nordic region, as well as overseeing Fundrock Sweden, a subsidiary which Apex Group intends to launch in Sweden.

He joins Apex Group from Nordic Trustee in Stockholm, where he was director for corporate bond and loan transactions.

He brings over a decade of experience in fund services, having served in senior roles in Sweden, Norway and Luxembourg, including as head of directorship services, Sweden at TMF Group and senior relationship manager, Legal & Corporate at Intertrust Group.

With offices in Denmark and Sweden, Apex Group offers a single-source solution delivered by over 50 local experts to both locally domiciled and international funds investing into the region.

Apex Group said it will continue to evolve its offering to clients in the Nordic region, including its intention to establish management company and fund distribution services in Sweden via subsidiary FundRock.
