Bermudian-based Apex Group Ltd, the global financial services provider, has appointed Dan Page as global head of product – advisory and capital raising solutions.

Mr Page will lead Apex’s consolidated advisory and capital raising product offering.

The company said this strategic development reinforces Apex Group’s mission to disrupt the industry through delivering frictionless, innovative and digital capital raising solutions for investors.

Based in London, Mr Page will be responsible for driving the growth of Apex Group’s advisory and capital raising services to become the largest open architecture business of its kind.

He is a senior advisory professional with more than 24 years of experience in the capital markets, focused on advising international banks, asset managers, single and multifamily offices and a broad variety of funds that manage, and invest in, alternative assets.

Most recently, Mr Page was head of asset management advisory at KPMG Ireland, focused on the development of the advisory practice serving those who manage and invest in alternative investments.

Previously, he held roles at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs and he was also managing director of Swiss-based Bedrock RealTime, part of the Swiss asset management group, Bedrock.
