Apex Group appoints Stephen Geddes to top post in Britain

Apex Group, the Bermudian-based global financial services provider, has appointed Stephen Geddes as regional head, Britain, responsible for overseeing the delivery of the organisation’s single-source solution to global clients.

Mr Geddes joined Apex Group in London through the acquisition of Mainspring Fund Services, where he was the founder and CEO.

He founded Mainspring in 2010, having spent eight years as COO at Pi Capital.

Mr Geddes said: “It is an exciting time to take on a new role as we see significant growth opportunities for Apex Group in the UK financial services industry.

“Along with the experienced regional management team, I will be focused on ensuring that we leverage Apex Group’s global technology-enabled solutions, while also recognising the unique needs of the UK market and our growing local client base across all asset classes both covering listed and private assets.”
