Customers give BermudAir high marks
BermudAir is proving to be a high flyer in terms of customer service.
The airline revealed that its net promoter score, an established industry benchmark, is 70, ranking it among the world’s best.
Net Promoter Score, commonly known as NPS, measures how likely customers are to recommend a company based on their overall experience.
Bain and Company, the creators of NPS, note that a good NPS score is zero and above. Above 50 is excellent and above 80 is world class.
In aviation, average airline scores typically in the high twenties, and top performers include Southwest Airlines (71), JetBlue (67), and United (50), according to the Customer Gauge website.
“This achievement means a tremendous amount to us because it comes directly from our passengers,” said Adam Scott, founder and chief executive officer of BermudAir.
“From the very beginning, our vision has been to create an airline experience that feels more personal, more comfortable and more connected to the spirit of Bermuda.
“Knowing our customers are not only enjoying that experience but actively recommending BermudAir to others is incredibly rewarding. We are equally proud of and grateful to our incredible team members whose dedication, care and daily commitment bring this experience to life and make this recognition possible.”
Mr Scott added: “As Bermuda’s airline, every journey is an opportunity to showcase the very best of our island.
“This recognition reinforces what makes Bermuda special, our warmth, our hospitality and the genuine care we extend to others. It is also a testament to our team, whose passion and commitment ensure every guest experience reflects the very best of Bermuda.”
