Not licencing my dog

Dear Sir,
That's right, I'm not going to licence my dog this year. There obviously isn't any consequences for having an unlicenced dog. If I get caught, I'll get a licence for my dog then. I figure I can save a lot of money, not having to pay for a dog licence every year.
Thank you Dog Wardens for giving me ..........
A LICENSE TO BE UNLICENSED
Pembroke.
