Is he above the law?

Dear Sir,
If members of the Bermuda Police Service set a good example of lawful behaviour, perhaps we wouldn’t have the crime problems we do in Bermuda. Breaking the law with impunity is not a good example. The attached picture of a Police vehicle driven by a uniformed Policeman who casually parked in a handicapped zone not to carry out any official Police duty but simply to walk, with very little urgency, into Hamilton Pharmacy. Obviously this man is above the law. I won’t sign my name as I fear retribution.
DO AS I SAY NOT AS I DO
Sandys
According to a reader, a Policeman in uniform parked this motorcycle in a handicapped parking zone to walk ?with very little urgency? into the Hamilton Pharmacy.
