Very rude and uncaring

April 9, 2012Dear Sir,I just want to voice a concern on behalf of myself and many others who have had to deal with the customer service staff at CableVision.The customer service staff, 95 percent of them that is, are very, very rude and very, very unprofessional and not very helpful at all. To be honest, I am very hesitant to go to that establishment as a result of their rude and uncaring behaviour of giving the impression that they are doing us, the customers a favour. It’s so bad that I’m thinking of making my payments over the phone as opposed to going to the building.CableVision customer staff and management, please KNOW that you are NOT doing us customers ANY favours; if we, the customers should cease from using your establishment and transfer to WOW then you won’t have any jobs would you?A little word of advice, LEAVE your nasty, unprofessional attitude at the door mornings or get some customer service training or better still, if you don’t like or appreciate your job, leave and allow more professional people opportunity to apply for the job.CABLEWOMANWarwick
