July 2, 2012Dear Sir,I would like to make a birthday “shout out” to Masterworks! 2012 marks our 25th birthday and thank you all who have made the Masterworks Foundation and more recently, the Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art, matter. To all of you who took the leap of faith with us through donations, membership, artwork and capital campaign donations, let it be known that you have helped create a unique blend of architecture, art ambience and “amour” — now a legacy for generations to come. This was a collective collaboration with names too numerous to mention and all involved helped. You are stars and for those no longer here on earth your star shines upon us still brightly and we thank one and all. July 14 is our official birthday and we will celebrate with an Open House and we will cut the birthday cake at 12.30pm. A visitor commented, “Masterworks, thank you, thank you, thank you! This exhibition has increased my love for my home. I can’t imagine living without this treasure. You’ve touched my heart.
