Police doing a good job

June 4, 2013

Dear Sir,

May I commend the Bermuda Police Service for helping make Bermuda a safer place. I see many more police on patrol carrying out their duties than I can remember for a long time. The radar is in view daily, we are getting booked for running stop signs and talking on our cellphones while driving. More of us are remembering to buckle up as we cruise our roads.

It seems as if, overnight, the police have awakened out of a slumber and now are doing things that are making us feel safe again. Congratulations to all, this is so refreshing!

A letter writer today praises the police for being out on patrol making Bermuda a safer place.
