Exhausting life of a bus passenger

June 17, 2013

Dear Sir,

As my vehicle was in the garage for service I took the bus to Hamilton (Route 7). The bus broke down on South Shore at the RUBiS gas station (June 13, approximately 12:15pm). I waited for the next bus to arrive. It appeared, a special bus was sent from the West End, 45 minutes later I arrived in Hamilton.

For experience and knowledge I would suggest that the Minister for Tourism Development and Transport (Shawn Crockwell) do the following:

a. Dress Casual

b. Ride the Route 7 Bus to Hamilton

c. Do not sit down, stand holding onto the monkey strap (think of a senior doing the same)

d. Must take this trip when a large cruise ship is docked in Dockyard

e. To enhance the experience continue your bus ride to St George’s

Welcome to life as a public transport passenger.

Shawn Crockwell, Minister of Tourism and Transport
