August 23, 2013Dear Sir,Re todays letter from “Another Frustrated Traveller”, there used to be an alternative to the BA flight using the 7.30am American Airlines flight to New York connecting with a daytime flight to London (which many prefer). The American Airlines flight was changed some time ago to 9.30 missing the connection. Is it a coincidence that American Airlines and British Airways are both part of the OneWorld Alliance and apparently seeking closer ties?FRUSTRATED PASSENGER
