Stiffer sentence needed

October 9, 2013

Dear Sir,

And to Minister Mark Pettingill:

Please listen to what the people of Bermuda are asking of you, (OBA) in reference to them ‘bies' getting a slap upon their wrist for injuring, or better to say, ”damn near killing” Mr Kevin Abraham with the beating they'd inflicted upon him. How can anyone be satisfied with that sentence they'd received in Supreme Court? I along with hundreds of other voters would like to see the prosecution offices appeal their sentence, and are asking the courts to impose a real lengthy period in prison as a deterrent to any others that want to follow their footsteps. A stiffer jail sentence would be appropriate and will appease the public as well.
