High time to cut down those noisy kites

Too loud: kites should not be seen or heard, except over Easter, says a reader

Dear Sir,

There needs to be a law about flying these noisy kites.

We all know they are used to notify of a shipment of drugs.

The law should state that no kites are to be flown other than on the Easter month.

At least a $5,000 fine, to cut into their profits.

That way it gives the police some power to arrest these people.

And then the police can hire the drones to cut the kites down.

Then we can have peace and quiet again.

TIRED OF FLYING
