Dear Sir,

Here I am writing this at 6am. Something has to be done about these noisy kites! If it was a barking dog, all day and night, they would be fined for disturbing the peace.

Make it illegal to fly kites outside of the months of March and April. Then hire someone with a drone and cut those kites being flown illegally. Also follow the line to the location of the kite flyer.

The noise doesn’t bother them because, of course, it flies away from them.

Come on now, this has been going on for years and absolutely nothing has been done about it. Now it’s all night long.

Come on, people of Bermuda. Speak up here.
