Thanks for help after crash
Dear Sir,
On August 17, I was driving along North Shore on my bike, near to Princess Estate Road, when a young man, who was riding his motorbike in the opposite direction, crashed into me.
My bike was totalled and I, unfortunately, was left with severe injuries. I was, of course, greatly traumatised and in shock, but certainly remember the people that immediately came to my aid.
The kindness and willingness to help me is something that I will never forget — from Christie and Rio Morton, particularly, who stayed with me to help calm and comfort, and took notes while I informed them of telephone numbers and names of family and friends until the ambulance arrived.
I want you to know how appreciative I am and to thank you sincerely for your help and support.
I do this not only in hope that the other people that gave assistance on that rather ill-fated day will read this letter, for that perhaps seems a little inadequate, but for you to understand how profoundly grateful I was and continue to be.
