House hunters will now have the ability to find out all the details of a prospective property on their mobile phone with the help of a new texting service.Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty has launched a new dedicated texting service for all of their property listings where customers can receive information like price and number of bedrooms by texting the property listing number (or MLS#) to 704-1793.According to the company, the property details will “instantaneously appear in an automated text message”.“Today’s buyers (and sellers) want instant information,” said agency manager Susan Thompson. “Our new texting service can meet that need and also assist the buyer in finding full property details via a link to www.bermudarealty.com.
